Valentine's Day
A day to celebrate love. Love and red color is in the air. Nowadays all days ie rasgulla day, dosa day, idli day, samosa day, mothers day, fathers day, brothers day etc are fast gaining importance. Good, in a way to celebrate a relation/ dish on a particular day but the feelings or love should be there always. What's the point in celebrating love one day??? Love and people should be valued and cherished every moment of life.
Everywhere around you see people gearing up for Valentine's day. Hotels, Restaurants etc throwing in offers to lure people and mint money. It looks like its compulsory to gift and go out for dinner. Many of them do because everyone's doing. Expectations are high. Online also so many offers keep popping in. But I feel these material things are not that important, rather gifts doesn't matter the feelings , the emotions matter more.
You give a rose/ handwritten message/ even a 5 star is enough. Instead of going out to exotic places a simple candle light dinner home also do wonders. A favorite dish of his/ hers make and serve and see them smile. Make that a habit to do that once in a while, then everyday is VALENTINE'S DAY.
Celebrate Love and cherish them FOREVER. Make MEMORIES. Date is not important, what matters is US.
