Blurb:

It connects to the kind of boys who are in love and keep trying to convince the same girl in different ways for a long time, not moving on in life. Also, it talks about the kind of girls who don’t believe in love but also, don’t want to take advantage of a boy's feelings. The girls who are not conservative but don’t want to pursue love.

It reminds him of how he met his ladylove, Naina on the first day of college and fell in love with her at the first sight. Abhimanyu with the help of his friends Aarush and Dev proposes and tries to convince Naina many times in unusual ways but he fails miserably. However, a trick helps to melt her heart, but destiny has a different plan.

My Take:

A plethora of emotions, friendships, memories and heartbreaks. College life is all this and more. A story of love ,relationships. This Book transported back to the college time. A story of 3 friends Abhimanyu, Dev and Arush. How they see relationships and learn from them. The story mainly revolves around Naina whom Abhimanyu falls in love with at the first sight.

The story starts with Abhimanyu coming back to college as a successful author for a guest lecture and his moments of past that keep jumping between present and past.

Abhimanyu falls for Naina and proposes her and she friend zones him and never take his advances seriously . Abhimanyu tried every book in the trick but fails. But suddenly things when start to fall in place for him he moves away. Why??What happens that they both separate?? Read the book to find out.

The book talks about relationships and also he maturity with which Naina handles the love angle, Its not that she doesn't believe it's just that she also thinks about the repercussions that would bring to their families.

The language is simple and the narration is smooth. The addition of shayaris add punch to the story. I liked the way the subject is handled . Recommended for college students and working people of today's generation where relationships are used as tools or for time pass.

I would rate this 4.4/5
