Read on to immerse yourself in a journey that redefines the phrase ‘eternal love’.
My Take:
Love is a very strong emotion. There are different shades of love that we experience in our lives in a lifetime. Not all love is understood or acknowledged. Love doesn't only mean being demonstrative. Love is being silent and putting a smile on your loved ones face too.
This is something the author wishes to convey with her story. A short read,it's a story of a couple and their relationships. How they deal with it forms the story.
Vanshika and Manav look an ideal couple with a wonderful daughter Navya. Vanshika believes in cliched romance like flowers, chit chats ,romance and all mushy things whereas Manav is the silent one who never is able to express his love in words. Whenever he tries,Vanshika finds it artificial.
A blast from the past returns in the form of Rishi who Vanshika is attracted to. Is this the love she is looking for? Will things set right for her now or will slide downside? Read to find out.
The narration is pretty simple and easy to connect to. The author had sketched the characters well. I found Vanishka selfish as it was always about what she felt. I understand its from her point of view, but still not convincing. I found her thoughts repetitive and nagging bordering irritating. The character could have been a little more better.
I would rate this 3/5.
