The 30 day ab challenge

We all know the importance of exercise in our life, but somehow still we don't work out. It needs only 30 minutes of our day for 3 days a week minimum to keep ourselves fit, but somehow we don’t find time to do that also regularly..

Although I am a tad late to post this thought its always better late than never to mention about this interesting challenge doing the rounds in Face book..(I myself started it). It’s called the day abs challenge for people like us who find excuses to skip work out.:P

It revolves around doing sets of crunches, leg raises and planks which you start doing in smaller sets
and later increases the counts and time.
