Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, the name is enough to raise flurry of emotions in the hearts of Indians. Cricket = Sachin for most of us.
I know he has retired from cricket a couple of years back. The day, when we all cried alongside him hearing him talk about his cricket and family. Not one person there remained untouched that day. A very graceful cricketer who remained clear of any controversy in his long glorious career.
In the ongoing IPL we all got to see him on the pitch with the captains and all the wonderful moments, the smiles all came rushing back. Very few are the privileged ones to have evoked that kind of a response even after retirement.
Hats off to you for such a wonderful career and the happiness you gave us. You always will remain special and the grace with which you carry yourself, unparalleled.
