Changing times

Keeping kids busy is a herculean task. I mean look at the exposure they have to the world and the speed in which they grasp things. They can handle a cell phone, a tab, a X box, a television remote with so much ease that i don't want to think what I was doing at his age. :(

But i wonder whether a tab can replace the fun of playing with friends on the terrace or road side shouting and arguing, whether playing cricket and football on a cell phone gives them the enjoyment of playing out and scoring sixes and goals, whether sitting in a room and playing satisfies as much as going out and coming back sweaty and dirty..Your answer is as good as mine.:)

But people nowadays engage their kids by introducing various forms of arts and sports at a very tender age. I feel it’s good, much better than sitting at home and playing video games and PlayStation, but still the fun of playing with same age kids and fighting, sharing is lost somewhere..

Gone are the days when we used to wait for the clock to strike 5 and run out to play with friends. Those were the most wonderful days of life..Today's kids are really missing out on the fun we had those days. I feel proud of belonging to the generation where there was limited exposure to television and lots of choices and games to play Indoor and Outdoor.
